We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to
you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If your
package does not arrive, please contact USPS directly with your
tracking information first. If you would like to get your
package insured, we would be happy to do that for you at an
additional fee.
We ONLY ship to the LOWER 48 US States. We DO NOT ship Internationally.
It is our goal to ship in a timely fashion. We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on
weekends and holidays are generally shipped out the next business
day. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be
delivered. For rush orders, please kindly make a note when you
check out and we will do our best to accommodate. We are not
responsible for any delay once the item has left our facility.
Shipping rates may change without previous notice.
Please not that if for any reason, your
order is returned to us, you are responsible for return freight as
well as outbound freight. If you wish for us to resend the
returned package, you are responsible for the fees to reship the box
as well. If it is returned and you no longer want the order,
you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping charges
associated with the package.

**Shipping insurance is not included, but
may be purchased for an additional fee.**
Please allow 10-14 business days for
delivery from payment date.
$10.00 Rush Processing fee will be charged
on all orders that are needed in less than 10-14 business days.
Additional shipping charges may be required
if need quicker than US Postal Priority.
